I like this sound but you might be going for the more super clean modern style so go with a higher sync depth rate like 64 or 128.īut anyways FL is being used more and more by serious producers. I like it on linear or 6 hermite cause it has a thicker sound kinda closer to the older samplers sound. You have to mess with that for what you want. The higher the bit sync depth the more resolution you will hear. Trust me I did it and its way different.Īlso the sampler interpolation option on export changes things too. Then import it in either Adobe Audition or whatever other DAW you use to dither and convert to 16 bit. That is where you get into a thin sound.Įxport 32bit float with dithering off. As far as mixing in it I would go crazy with it. Its super easy to get a track going without all the stupid routing nightmare.
